Eligibility.
Endear Holiday Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Endear and other companies associated with the promotion of the Giveaway and their respective family members, household members, subsidiaries, affiliates, and promotion agencies are not eligible.

Agreement to Official Rules.
Participation in the Giveaway constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decision of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. By submitting your entry into the Giveaway, you agree to the Sponsor’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By submitting your entry into the Giveaway, you also agree to receive marketing promotional emails from the Sponsor and understand you can opt out at any time. Winning the prize is contingent upon being compliant with these official rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
Giveaway Period.
The Giveaway begins October 3, 2022 at 6:00pm EST and ends on November 21, 2022 at 11:59pm EST (the “Period”). Entires that are submitted before or after the Period will be disqualified. Submissions will be accepted for the duration of the Giveaway using the following method:
